The proceedings of the IAUS400 symposium will be published in the IAU Proceedings Series by Cambridge University Press (CUP) in February 2026. It is important to note that the IAU has strict regulations concerning the submission of proceedings. To ensure your contributions are included, all papers must be submitted by September 21, 2025. For the manuscripts, there is no strict page limit for contributions; however, we suggest 2 to 4 pages for posters and 4 to 8 pages for oral presentations as a general guideline.

Contributors are required to use the LaTeX typesetting system for their manuscripts.
